Registration
Registration is individual. Prerequisite for inclusion of the text in the proceedings: All authors must be registered for the conference and the full text must be submitted by 31/01/2027.
Early bird registration
until 31/07/2026
- 250 euros, participants from developed countries (with presentation)
- 100 euros, participants from developing countries (with presentation)
- 100 euros, teachers of primary/secondary education & MaHep’s graduates/professors (with presentation)
- 80 euros, students of all levels (with presentation)
- 80 euros, simple participant (without presentation) & accompanying person
Late registration
after 01/08/2026
- 450 euros, participants from developed countries (with presentation)
- 150 euros, participants from developing countries (with presentation)
- 150 euros, teachers of primary/secondary education & MaHep’s graduates/professors (with presentation)
- 100 euros, students of all levels (with presentation)
- 80 euros, simple participants (without presentation) & accompanying person
Registration fee covers: Participation in the conference, conference kit, coffee during the conference, lunch on Saturday noon, publication in the proceedings.
Simple participant & Accompanying person fee covers: Coffee during the conference, lunch on Saturday noon.
Cancellation terms
– For cancellations until August 15th, 2026, a full reimbursement of the registration fee is foreseen. Nonetheless, an administration fee of 20 € will be withhold.
– For cancellations between August 16th and September 20th, 2026, a partial reimbursement of 50% is foreseen.
– For cancellations after September 21st, 2026, no reimbursement will be possible.
