Conference format

Instructions for Submitting Abstracts

  • Abstracts may concern: a. presentations, b. symposia.
  • Interested parties are invited to submit an abstract of the proposed presentation or symposium.

Format and Length

  • The abstract should be 300-400 words in length (excluding bibliography). The symposium abstract should be 500-600 words in length.
  • The language of submission is English, French or Greek.
  • The text should include a clear reference to:
    • the subject and theoretical framework,
    • the objectives and/or research questions,
    • the methodology (where applicable),
    • the main expected or presented results,
    • the contribution of the proposal to the field.

Submission

  • Abstracts should be submitted only via the conference platform.
  • Please copy-paste the text of your submission and the keywords (3-5) at the appropriate box. 
  • It is imperative that the abstract body does not contain any identifying information regarding the authors, thus ensuring the maintenance of anonymity in the review process.

Author Details

The following information should be provided in the specific field on the conference platform:

  • Full name(s) of author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation and organisation
  • Email address
  • Title of the paper
  • Thematic axis/sub-axis and keywords (3-5)

Evaluation criteria

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on:

  • relevance to the thematic axes of the conference,
  • the clarity and coherence of the proposal,
  • scientific originality and contribution,
  • methodological adequacy (where required).

English, French, Greek.
